With graduation quickly upon us, here is a short breakdown of information:
Individual photos will start at 3pm-5pm at El Portal Middle School Gym. NO GROUP PHOTO this year due to time and location restrictions.
Graduation will be held Thursday June 1st at 7pm at MJC East Campus.
Gates will open at 6pm.
Tickets for promotion will go home with your student the day of promotion after promotion practice.
8th Grade Field Trip will be to Lost World Adventure Tuesday May 30th. Students will leave by bus or van at 9am and the approximate return time is 5pm. Lost Worlds Adventure DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH! Please make sure your student has a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express, or debit card to purchase extra items, such as souvenirs, food, games, ect. Your student WILL receive free lunch on location. Students should wear their 8th grade T-shirt for the trip.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THE 8TH GRADE FIELD TRIP. Last day to turn in money for Lost Worlds Adventure is 5/9.
Promotion dance will be the day of promotion on June 1st from 9pm-11pm at El Portal Middle School. If a parent or guardian will not be picking up your student, a waiver must be signed in the office.
Gowns for graduation must be purchased by April 21st. If you need to borrow a gown, please contact the office to get this set up.
