As always, I'm excited to be teaching another year at El Portal Middle School. I look forward to working with all of you to make this a challenging (where there is challenge there is growth!), enjoyable, and successful year for you and/or your student. Let's make this an incredible year!
A Bit About Me
I was born and raised here in Escalon and am proud to say my sons will be third generation EHS graduates. I graduated from CSU Chico with my BA in English and then went on to earn my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and School Development and Administrative Services Credential. I have taught all grades from 7th to college level English except sophomores; I need to do that before I retire. Haha!
In This Classroom...
Students are cared about. I value their ideas, thoughts, and actions. They have unique talents and strengths, and I love for them to share them with me. They bring so much to our class!
